Dan created eclairs topped with chantilly cream and cubes of jelly, featuring delicate strawberry and cream flavors.
The judges found the flavors very delicate but absolutely delicious. However, Paul noted it was a little bit too sweet and almost needed a sharpness to make the flavors pop even more.
