Strawberry and Lemon Iced Buns
Jasmine's buns feature 'strawberry jam and then a lemon cream.' She made water icing but substituted lemon juice instead of water, explaining 'It's just quite sweet. The lemon takes the edge off it.' She describes her process: 'I'm making water icing, but I'm not doing water. I'm doing lemon.' Jasmine focused on proving the dough properly, saying 'I've just got to do the same as I did in bread week and then it should be okay.'
