Prue Leith: "It's really lemon curd, isn't it? There's a lot of egg in there."
Paul Hollywood: "I was initially concerned about the thickness of the shortbread when you looked at it, but because it breaks so easily, it then works. I think overall, you created something that is quite delicious and quite summery."

Never had anything quite like that, and I think it's delicious.
