Martin's Strawberry Rhubarb Brumble Bars
Martin recreated his friend's favorite rhubarb and strawberry crumble bars with a shortbread cookie base, sliced strawberries and shortbread stars.
Paul Hollywood: "I do like the overall look. I like what you've done with the strawberry as well."
Prue Leith: "Really nice and tangy. I have to have a bigger bite to get the pistachio.
Paul Hollywood: "There is quite a lot of filling in there. But I like it. I do like it."
Prue Leith: "I think they're lovely."
