Tiffany Derry: "What have you got going on here?"
Jake: "I am going with Nigerian and Mexican flavors. What is going to be a black eyed pea curry. I got some cassava in here. I am making stuffed fufu. And then that beautiful protein is going to be a chicken roulade stuffed with collards, chorizo."
Tiffany Derry: "There is a lot going on, so I want you to really think about what is necessary to really bring those flavors together instead of just more things on a plate. Are you hearing me?"
Jake: "Yes."
Tiffany Derry: "Okay. All right. Good luck, Jake."
Jake: "Thank you very much, Chef."
Tiffany Derry: "Jake, where are the black eyed peas in this dish?"
Jake: "They are stuffed into the fufu balls."
Tiffany Derry: "Okay, thank you."
