Justin: "I'm going to plate, so I'll punch these out and then fill them with a real traditional potato salad." {Presenter}: "Justin took a whole Yukon, took out the inside, made a pretty traditional filling: scallion cream, and then a potato chip." Justin: "I'm making a pretty traditional potato salad. Just making it look a little fancier. It'd be easy just to add a piece of fish or protein and call it a main. But you really want to highlight the potato. Make some potato chips too." Justin: "I question everything I do."
Safe. {Judge}: "Justin, I like it. Stuffed is really interesting. It just still feels like a side. Introducing a little protein in this would have really helped." {Greg}: "He was afraid to mess up potato salad, so he just made a potato salad."
