Malyna Si: "I'm making a little surf and turf. Where I received my Michelin star was a Spanish steakhouse. I love cooking steaks. No one is going to out-cook me when it comes to red meat. I'm going to start processing the lobster tails."

Wiley Dufresne: "I really like the mashed potatoes, but the lobster, unfortunately did not work out."
Padma Lakshmi: "There are parts of it that feel a little gelatinous. Not good."
