Anya: "So I made a traditional syriniki with fresh cheese from Canadian milk, macerated strawberries, and then a whipped maple syrup. And on top here, it's a traditional Siberian jam pine cone. And you really taste the forest."

"I like this a lot. Pine's delicious. I like the little bit of lemon, you know, in the background. It tastes like cheesecake, which is interesting."
