Tangcu Ossobuco

Shuai: "My third course is based on Milan's ossobuco. And my mom makes this delicious tangcu paigu which is, like, sweet and sour pork ribs which I can use, Instead of polenta, I'm just going to do a little southern-ass grits."
Shuai: "The sweet and sour sauce is made with Chinese black vinegar and soy sauce. Lightly sweet, and it works so well with braised meat."

Shuai: "This is a tangcu osso buco with long beans, radicchio, little burgundy truffle, and a sweet and sour sauce. This was inspired by my grandmother. Growing up, she used to make me this sweet and sour rib."
