Tex-Mex Beef Pizza
Dawn creates a Tex-Mex inspired pizza using stewing steak cut into small pieces, hoping the smaller cuts will become tender in the limited time. She tops it with mozzarella, fresh chilies, and garnishes with sour cream and guacamole for added Tex-Mex appeal. She's made this dish twice at home where two people didn't share the two sharing-sized pizzas but ate the whole lot. However, she's nervous about the beef becoming tender enough in time.
Paul: Was that beef mince? It's not mince. It's stew and beef. Mince would have been better. Yeah. Cuz that would have given you more of a punch. I think you've chosen the wrong meat. The chili is strong. I'm disappointed.
