Voice-over: "Jet made a Thai beef waterfall salad. It is adorned with a yum dressing. You will find lime, shallot, garlic. The top sirloin was marinated in fish sauce and then a trio of mushrooms. And for a smoky element, roasted rice powder is on top. The rice was placed in a cast iron skillet, toasted and then ground."
"Look, at first glance, I feel like the top sirloin might be a little overcooked. You know, normally when you have beef, you look for that sort of perfect medium rare. But then when you eat it, it does eat nice and tender. I love that toasted rice. It gives it a real crunch."
