Dave's Thai-inspired pasties based on a meal he had in Thailand, featuring chicken and jasmine rice with sweet chili dipping sauce and chili motifs.

Paul: 'They're very nice and even. They're nicely glazed. They're well baked. They're the right color. And there's a little chilies on top. They're very impressive. I think your flavor's okay. I think it's a little bit dry that I think you put too much rice in there. Because the rice is going to dry everything out and soak everything in. You've lost the flavor of the chicken. But otherwise, I mean, the pastry is good. It's all right to eat. It just doesn't, you know, wow me.' Prue: 'Can I just taste it with your sauce? Do you know, that would have made a huge difference because it has that sweetness and the chili and this little bit of kick.'
