Chef Nicole: " It's called three. It's in regards to three generations. My mom, she's a single mother of three, and I'm about to embark on adoption. There's a child in Vietnam right now waiting for me. The food is actually in three ways. A crepe on the outside, green onion pancake and chicken."
Tom Colicchio: "You could taste everything in there. All those flavors that she talked about that were there, that said the dish taste pretty dry."
Gaggan Anand: "I felt like the core part is tasty, and as you go out, it becomes dry."
Tom Colicchio: "But it was probably the easiest to eat out of all the dishes that we had today."
Gail Simmons: "And I loved her story."
