Giuseppe: "So my layered slice is inspired by a quintessential italian cake, which is tiramisu."
Voice-Over: "Giuseppe is giving his tiramisu slice a twist with a layer of sultanas stewed in marsala wine between the traditional coffee soaked sponges and mascarpone pate a bombe."
Paul Hollywood: "It's really very elegant and looks very stylish because the jaconde is soaked. It's soft. It's just delicious. How incredible is that masala wine in there? And the stewed sultanas gives that little bit of body to it."
