Shuai: "This is supposed to be a toad in the hole. It has the maple and togarashi cured yolk, a little bechamel on the bottom. The toast itself is slathered in a miso maple butter. And then the green team surprised me with some delicious pizza from the market. I've incorporated that inside the toast like a pizza sandwich.
