Bailey: "All right, now, dessert time. It's part tiramisu, part zucca, (like the pasta), and then it's made with pizzelle cookies."
Bailey (explaining the dish to Tom Collichio): "It is going to be a torta di pizzelle. I'm going to layer it with mascarpone and zucca filling. Making a little ice cream to go with that."

"Zucca is one of my favorite pastas, and we are in Milan, so I decided to try to make zucca into, like, a true dessert. Roasted squash filling, pizzelle cookies, mascarpone cream, and an espresso stracciatella gelato."
