Christiaan: "I'm cooking with apple miso fudge. I love using miso in all my cooking. So there's miso in the batter as well."

Paul Hollywood: "I do like the decoration. I think it's clever. You've got a bit of a drop in the middle of that cake. (Tastes) Miso. I don't think it works for me."
Prue Leith: " I think if you get a piece of cake by itself, it's really not very nice. Definitely needs the apple."
Paul Hollywood: "You need that sweetness. It's actually quite sour and I like people working outside the box, but I think it's a box I don't particularly like."
