Venison and Stout Deer Head Pies

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
Signature challenge: eight identical handheld savory pies.
Clara made venison and stout pies in rough puff pastry, seasoned with Worcestershire sauce and shaped like deer heads.
Clara: "So I'm doing a venison and stout pie with rough puff pastry."
Clara: "I came to the UK and then my dog is on a raw food diet and he loves venison. And then I went out and tried a venison pie and I loved it."
Clara: "The key is to really get the shape perfect and not move it around a lot. Otherwise it stretches."
Clara: "You need time to chill the pastry. You need time to fold it, and I'm feeling a bit stressed about time right now."
Clara: "I'm supposed to wait 15 minutes between each fold, but I just don't have that time."
Clara: "This could have been thinner, but I have no time now."
Clara: "Oh, my God. This is all going wrong. I really wanted the design to be really consistent, but it doesn't seem like it's happening."
Clara: "I'm gonna have to whack the temperature up and do less time, which is not always good, but here we go."
Clara: "So these are venison and beer pies."
Clara (after judging): "A little bit disappointed because it didn't go as planned. I'll just go into the technical with a completely different mindset."
Nigella (in the tent): "It's very lean. So what are you introducing to give it a bit of lusciousness?"
Paul: "Bit inconsistent with the colors. That's down to the shaping."
Paul (on cutting one open): "So that's the filling." (suggesting there was too little of it)
Nigella: "It's a pity because the filling's got a lot going for it. I think you have to begin everything thinking about the flavors and then how you can make it look beautiful, not how you can make something beautiful and then how you get flavor in it."
