Walnut and Stilton Soda Bread

Dorret: "I've chosen, like, Waldorf inspired flavors."
Bread version of the classic Waldorf salad including walnuts, sultanas, and blue cheese.
Dorret: "I'm making sure the (grated) cheese is evenly dispersed for proper texture."
Paul: "The overall texture of it is quite tight, and that's because of the cheese. Could have done with probably lumps of stilton in there. I'm getting a hint of the flavor. I think it could be more intense."
Mary: "Looks more like a conventional yeasted bread than it does a soda bread. Almost certainly, that's because you overworked the dough. Also, it's split because it's trying to find a place to grow."
