Watermelon Macarons

Watermelon-shaped macarons with spinach powder shells filled with watermelon and lemon curd and watermelon buttercream. Janusz: 'So what I'm making today, it will be a watermelon. Macaroons. So they're going to look like tiny little watermelons.' Janusz: 'My inspiration for this bake is Brighton beach, because what's better, to have cold watermelons on the beach on a hot, sunny day.' Voice-over: 'Crammed with a bright red watermelon and lemon curd and a watermelon buttercream. He's using spinach powder to color his macaron shells. A distinctive green.'
Janusz: 'So I've decided to make spinach favored shells with just tiny bit of lemon. And inside you've got watermelon carrot and watermelon buttercream.' Paul Hollywood: 'It's quite dry on the outside. That should be much more delicate than the skin. It's a shame because the shape, the look, the favor I love. I just thought you dried it out that little bit too much on the top.' Janusz: 'And I agree with you completely. Oh, thanks.'
