Welsh Cheese Tear and Share Bread
Michelle's Welsh-themed tear-and-share features two different Welsh cheeses - angidi and golden kenar - from near her home in Wales. The bread incorporates seaweed from Pembrokeshire for additional Welsh character. Her passion for Welsh cheese and rugby influences this comfort food approach.
