Ground macadamia nut and coffee tort topped with feathered white chocolate and a decorative cocoa-butter transfer-sheet finish. Cathryn left college young to raise her children and wants to prove herself outside the home; she says she feels calmer this week.
{Cathryn}: "It's a transfer sheet and it's got a picture on it in cocoa butter. You spread the melted chocolate on, and when it sets you peel it away and it should lift up the picture of what's underneath. I've not given myself a hectic amount to do, so I'm not rushing for time. I do feel a bit calmer today, which is really good."
{Paul}: "I like the feathering as well. Feathering is very good."
{Mary}: "Gosh, that sponge looks good."
{Paul}: "Very rich in colour."
{Mary}: "Oh, I'm coming across the macadamia nut."
{Paul}: "It's beautifully moist, but that is gorgeous. Subtle flavours between the nut and the coffee in a nice sponge, and well decorated."
