Wild Garlic and Smoked Bacon Cottage Loaf

This is wild garlic. Love picking my wild garlic. Got a secret patch near me no one knows about. I do a bit of fungus. Fungus. You got a basket? Yeah. I'm going to make a wild garlic pesto to fold through his top cob. Forager's cottage loaf featuring wild garlic from a secret patch, fresh rosemary, smoked bacon, and wild garlic pesto folded through the top portion for varied flavor distribution.
Paul Hollywood: Do you know if you saw that in a baker shop you'd buy it just because it looks so rustic and so appetizing. Looks quite appealing doesn't it? It's quite clever the pesto going through it. My issue is it only stays in one place. You have to distribute it amongst the whole loaf. Flavor wise and texture wise you've done a great job. It's just needed to be more uniform with your filling. Prue Leith: I think it's a really interesting delicious loaf.
