Ian: "I'm using tipo some very fine flour to try and make it a nice light soda bread." Added wild garlic from Cambridgeshire to the dough for pesto soda bread. Ian: "Went out to the woods a couple of days ago. Very relieved to see it was still there."

Mary: "It's got a lot of green in there, but it's Martian and it's... Yes, exactly." The wild garlic maintains good color when baked despite concerns about it going dark during baking.
