Multicolored yo-yo macarons with sugar paste strings filled with strawberry mascarpone cream. Dawn: 'I'm extruding sugar paste to make the string for my yos because my piping isn't good enough to pipe it.' Dawn: 'This is freeze dried strawberry powder. We're not measuring, we're just throwing it in.' Voice-over: 'Dawn's multicolored yo macarons will be filled with a mascarpone cream packed full of sharp strawberry flavor.'

Prue Leith: 'Sure. Thank you. They look perfect. Little macaron. Nice feet on the bottom, Crisp outside, neat as a pin.' Paul Hollywood: 'Yeah, Very good.' Paul Hollywood: 'The macaron is perfect. Absolutely perfect. The idea of putting the string round as the fondant with just the interior, it just lifts you up. Because sometimes inside of macarons can be quite heavy and dense.' Prue Leith: 'That's also really clever idea.' Paul Hollywood: 'It's effective. Well done.'
