Danny: "I cooked a za'atar spiced lamb rack, and then I made a Jimmy Dardello harissa relish with a little labneh and mint."
Tom Colicchio: "Why do you take a Jimmy Nardello ... that's a sweet pepper ... and turn it to a hot pepper?"
Danny: "I wanted there to be some of the sweetness of the Jimmy Nardello, and then I wanted some spice from the harissa itself."
