Zenub's meringue roulade with lemon curd and raspberry coulis. She faced two problems: timing the rolling, and the meringue being too warm at the moment of filling so the cream and curd melted at the edges. The lemon curd disappeared, having sunk to the bottom of the roll. She still pressed on through the dish.

Anna: definitely had a few problems with this dish; it was always going to be tricky to time when to start rolling, and Zenub timed that slightly wrong; the curd seems to have sunk right to the bottom. 


John: the coulis is lovely, a great balance of sweetness and tartness; there are a few errors on the plate, but it is incredible she managed to power through and focus on the other elements. Zenub is eliminated from the competition.
