Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
6 egg yolks
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
Heat cream, milk, and dill in saucepan until steaming.
Let steep overnight in refrigerator.
Strain out dill, reheat cream mixture.
Whisk egg yolks with sugar and maple syrup.
Temper yolks with warm cream, return to pan.
Cook until mixture coats spoon (170°F).
Strain, chill completely, then churn in ice cream maker.
