1¼ cups flour
½ cup butter, cold and cubed
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon whole mustard seeds, lightly crushed
1 egg yolk
2-3 tablespoons ice water

Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, and mustard seeds.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Mix egg yolk with ice water, add to flour mixture.
Form dough, wrap, chill 1 hour.
Roll out, press into tart pan, blind bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
