Ingredients
2 cups liquid from pickled onions
3 teaspoons agar-agar
Why buy a pot when you only need a pinch? Some ingredients can be bought from us in small quantities

For this recipe, you need:

Instructions
Stir the agar-agar into the pickling liquid until it reaches a boil, whisking until the agar crystals disappear.
Boil for at least one minute, then set in a clean tray to set.
Dice to serve. Keep chilled
