Cypress Steamer

This is a compact Japanese steamer made from hinoki cypress. Each set includes the steamer body, lid, and bamboo mat. Steaming pot is sold separately.

Available in three sizes:
15cm (5.91″): Approx. Ø 6.10″ × H 3.35″ / 7.05 oz
18cm (7.09″): Approx. Ø 7.09″ × H 4.33″ / 9.52 oz
21cm (8.27″): Approx. Ø 8.27″ × H 5.12″ / 14.11 oz

・Made from Kiso hinoki, a traditional Japanese cypress
・Includes solid wood lid and bamboo mat
・PVC binding for durability (visible on rim)
・Stackable up to 2 tiers for batch cooking

Usage:
Perfect for reheating rice, steaming vegetables, chawanmushi, dumplings, and more.
Works especially well for gentle steaming over 10 minutes.
Place the bamboo mat on the bottom, and use a steaming cloth if needed.
We recommend soaking the steamer in water for 10–15 minutes before use.

Care Instructions:
・Rinse with water and dry with cloth
・Let air-dry in shaded, well-ventilated area
・Avoid soaking, direct sunlight, dishwasher, or microwave
