Cotija Cheese: A Salty, Crumbly Delight

Cotija cheese is one of my favorite Mexican cheeses. It's a dry, crumbly cheese with a sharp, salty flavor. I love using it as a garnish or topping for dishes such as tacos, salads, and soups. Cotija cheese doesn't melt well, so it's best used for dishes where you want the cheese to retain its shape and texture.
