George's "Roll On Christmas" Cake

Having really suffered in cake week in his original tent series, when the signature dish was mini rolls, George is redeeming himself with a vertical ginger swiss roll covered in a chocolate and caramel ganache and topped with a spiced apple cake, decorated with colored buttercream to look like a Christmas tree.
