Pistachio and Orange Cake

Amelia wanted to redeem herself after making some unsuccessful chocolate nougat bars in an earlier series.

This time she made a pistachio and orange cake, layered with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and orange curd, all coated in a chocolate ganache and decorated with elaborate piping.
