Raw and Toasted Seeds for Texture Contrast

When making seed or nut-based sauces, blend most of the seeds raw for a smooth, creamy base, then stir in a portion of toasted seeds at the end. This gives you the best of both worlds: silky body from the raw seeds and satisfying crunch from the toasted ones. The toasted seeds also add a deeper, nuttier flavour that would be lost if blended smooth.
