Sophie's Christmas Candle Centerpiece

In her original series, Sophie felt very inexperienced with bread, so she chose to work with it in this dish. Inside the bread wreath (flavoured with chocolate, hazelnut and spiced pear) will be a tower of 12 spiced honey cakes which all need baking and stacking separately, filled with a sour cream filling to resemble a candle. The whole cake will be covered with a white chocolate ganache.
