What is Pandan Leaf?

Popularly termed as “Vanilla Of The East”, Pandan leaves are the intensely green foliage of the Pandanus amaryllifolius plant.

Pandan gives off a pleasant musky scent, being used in cooking, colouring, packaging food, predominantly in Asian and Indian cuisine.
