Judge: "Paula, were you happy with your dish?"

Paula: "I thought it was balanced, but I think the broth had a little bit more peanut."

Judge: "Mm. It didn't have a whole lot of peanut butter flavor. But that was a soup, right? 

Paula: " No, it was a ceviche"

Judge: "A ceviche. So there was so much sauce, and everything kind of got drowned out."

"I think what we were looking for was a little more depth there."
