Judge: "Shuai, can you just kind of walk us through your thought process?"

Shuai: "I'm not great at making doughs, so scallion pancake is something that I love, and I figured that was a great vehicle for the bottom for whatever I wanted to put on top."

Judge: "I thought that was a good way to go. But what made it work was the toppings were all really delicious."

Judge: "There was acidity in the salad. There was spiciness in that lamb. It challenged our idea of what pizza could be, and I think that's what we asked of you."
