Jürgen's Zimtsterne and Milchkaffee-Gipfele

Jürgen made his favorite almond horns, giving them a caffeinated kick with espresso powder. He decorated both sets of biscuits with white and dark chocolate in his bid to claim German week's star Baker crown.

Paul Hollywood: "I think they look lovely. You've got some good uniformity here, which I like to see. I think they do look very nice."

Prue Leith: "I can't add anything to that. I think they look absolutely perfect. Let's try the star one first."

Jürgen: "I flavored them with green tea."

Paul Hollywood: "The tea, it really comes through nice and strong. I really like it."

Paul Hollywood: "Should we do the horns? The coffee. You can smell the coffee, can't you?"

Prue Leith: "That is the crumbliest, butteriest biscuit I think I've ever eaten. It is just perfect. Thank you. That's delicious. I think you're doing well there, Juergen. Good job."
