Lottie: "I am making quarantine Florentines for my grandparents because it is their favourite biscuit."

Her grandparents' favourite florentines are a classic combination of chopped nuts, ginger and sour cherries.

Prue Leith: "Well, I have to say, I think they look rather good."

Paul Hollywood: "I think you've got a good tempered chocolate on there. And I do like the classic Florentine. You got a nice shine. It's busy. And that's what a Florentine should look like. A bit of a snap. It's chocolatey, it's nutty."

Prue Leith: "Love the sour cherry. It's delicious. The ginger and the cherry with the dark chocolate is the fantastic."

Paul Hollywood: "And it does snap. It's nice and thin. I can't find a fault with them, really."
