Tropical Pavlova
This dish earned a Hollywood Handshake on The Great British Baking Show ™

Chigs: "Passion fruit. The uglier they look the riper they are inside, or so my grandmother used to tell me. The topping needs to be a nice contrast to the sweet meringue, so it should be a party on your tongue." 

Voice-over: "Guests at Chig's tongue party include a chantilly cream, chocolate shards, fresh mango, passion fruit and a blast of tropical mango coulis."

Prue Leith: "That looks amazing. I love the edge, just so casually, but elegantly swirled. Beautiful." 

Paul Hollywood: "Right, let's have a look, shall we? The knife just falls through." 

Chigs: "It's filled with chantilly cream and a mango and passion fruit coulis." 

Paul Hollywood: "It's lovely. Soft but stable middle and crunchy outside. I think it's wonderful. The acidity and the cream is just lovely. There's a nice marshmallow in that. It's stable enough to hold it. It's quite difficult to get that balance, but I think the way you've done the top and the chocolate, brilliant."
