Sumayah: "My loaf cake is inspired by a carrot cake, but using halwa, which is like a South Asian dessert."

Prue Leith: "Well, I think it looks amazing."
Paul Hollywood: "Looks like it's got a good, strong bake as well. But what does it taste like? (Tastes) The halva carries a beautiful punch. The sponge itself, the coconut level is perfect."
Prue Leith: "But what I really like is the flake. It falls apart so it's not been overmixed. It is so delicious. It is one of the most interesting cakes I've ever eaten. It's lovely."
