We take the finest organic Portabella Mushrooms (also known as Field Mushrooms), roast them with olive oil then dehydrate them on a really long and slow setting to intensify the flavor. Then we grind them to a fine powder which is marvelous for sprinkling on to pasta dishes, soups, scones and more. Keep some for your table - it's healthier and tastier than salt.
