Mike: "So this lamb is from our farm at home, and then I'm adding soy sauce, cumin, five spice. My partner and I, we love Asian fusion food, so it just reminds me of Matt."
Voice-over: "Mike's bao buns will be a clash of Asian spices and traditional Sunday roast flavors. I've got rosemary in the mincemeat and rosemary and mint from the garden."
Paul Hollywood: "Great looking buns. The spiral is quite effective.'
Mike: "They are filled with lamb, onions and carrots spiced with cumin, five spice and then some rosemary and some mint."
Paul Hollywood: "That lamb is delicious. The bread is a little bit tight, but it sort of works because it's very short. That, along with the filling is delicious."
Prue Leith: "Mike, I'm slightly disappointed in the filling. I agree that is delicious, but I'm getting more cumin than lamb.'
