Intricate almond and ginger biscuit shaped like an ox, complete with ears and horns. {Pui Man}: "During the year of the Ox. Because I was born in a year of the Ox, so it's quite intricate." {Pui Man}: "Have you managed to do it in the time? No, never." Pui Man paints rocks to decorate her garden and local area, then leaves them in the forest for people to find.
Paul Hollywood: "Is this meant to be an ox, wasn't it? Did you just add them? Yeah. Did you just stick that on? Yeah, she did. I think it looks like some sort of creature. The ginger. It's really hot. Yeah. Ginger level needs to come down a little bit softer but otherwise does look quite striking. You just can't identify what it is."
