Two giant Scottish-style almond shortbreads with stem ginger caramel and tempered milk and white chocolate. Left in tins and served as large slabs rather than individual portions due to time constraints.

Paul: 'Oh, lovely. Cracky top favor is great. The caramel is not the right texture because it's too soft and you didn't finish it.' Prue: 'It looks to me as if you had a little time problem. I decided to leave them in the tins cuz I didn't want to have sort of 18 splodgy messes.'
