{Manon}: "Amarena. This is like Italian sweet almondy cherries and it's a flavor from my childhood." {Manon}: "I want to smell." {Manon}: "Fantastic. They smell like almond curtains, don't they?" {Manon}: "Slowly, slowly. You don't want to just dump it all in cuz you don't want the egg whites to lose their air." Manon's roulade features a mascarpone cream filling with kirsch-soaked dark cherries and amarena cherries.
Paul: "Looks very busy. Looks very neat. Can't wait to see what the spiral's like. It's broken up, like. That's a shame. That's delicious." Prue: "I think your two types of cherries. Really good idea. And you've got a beautiful balance. Tastes lovely. My mouth still watery."
