Bailey: "I hear whispers of a lot of hoe cakes being made, and that is not in my rolodex of recipes. I'm making like, a crespelle roll up. Crespelle is the Italian version of crepe. I'm thinking savory and sweet with mushrooms. Maybe a plum syrup. It should be fun making pancakes."

Bailey: "I actually made a buckwheat crespelle, and then I'm filling it with brown butter, pecan, plum, maple syrup, roasted mushrooms, and spinach."
