Calabrian Italian Monkey Bread

Calabrian Italian monkey bread featuring all flavors from her father's hometown - sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, 'nduja cream made with mascarpone, wild garlic pesto topping, and some balls filled with regular pesto. Nadia foraged wild garlic from fields near her home and describes her family as 'a garlic family who always stink of garlic.'
Looks rough and ready because it's broken up a lot. Really tight texture when it should be more open. Can't argue with the flavors though - flavors are amazing. Quite like the milk loaf quality as it's a little cakey. Really delicious.
